HOSELTON TOYOTA AND TOYOTA MOTOR SALES USA PRESENT $20,000
TO HERITAGE CHRISTIAN SERVICES
EAST
ROCHESTER – A $20,000 donation from Hoselton Toyota and Toyota Motor Sales,
U.S.A., Inc. will help Heritage Christian Services to rebuild and
maintain the walkways at Heritage Christian Stables in Webster.
Heritage
Christian – an agency that supports more than 1,800
children and adults with disabilities – will use the $10,000 from Hoselton and the
matching $10,000 from Toyota to rebuild and maintain the walkways used by horses carrying
riders with developmental and other disabilities, as well as our volunteers who
help lead the horses and guide the riders.
Improvements to the walkways have enabled the volunteers,
riders and staff to safely bring horses in an out of the paddocks. Riders are no longer limited in
participating. The laneways have been improved and now they can be used for
trail-riding. These walkways are the only access to trail-riding space at the
back of our property. In the past we were
unable to offer this activity because the footing was unsafe and constantly
wet.
“Each person in life has experiences that influence and shape them said Drew Bielemeier, senior vice president of operations. We believe at Heritage Christian Stables offers an opportunity to create meaningful experiences and relationships that results in joy in one’s life, confidence in one’s self and value in our stables community.”
"Hoselton
is proud to be able to be part of such a great organization," said Drew
Hoselton, President of Hoselton Auto Mall. "Heritage Christian Services
provides a much needed resource for our community and those with disabilities.
Heritage not only supplies practical care such as housing and activities but
also seeks to provide encouragement, support and hope for all family members.
When my great grandfather Walter founded Hoselton Chevrolet in the 1920's, he
was committed to giving back to the community. That is a tradition that we are
privileged to be able to continue through our involvement with Heritage
Christian Services. We look forward to many years of serving together in the
future.
The Toyota Dealer Match Program enables dealer contributions to make a greater impact on the community. Since 1991, Toyota has contributed more than $500 million to non-profit organizations, and has always been guided by a strong belief in serving the communities where it does business.
